CHILD FEEDING GUIDE

We all know toddler’s can sometimes be fussy eaters but by using this app you can monitor how many times your toddler has been offered a particular food. A team at Loughborough University created the app as they say it can take a fussy toddler up to 20 times of being offered a food before they will even try it!

GROWTH: CHARTS FOR BABY AND CHILD TRACKING

Track your child’s height and weight from birth to 20 years by using this app which plots the data on growth curves superimposed onto WHO percentile curves.

MY ASTHMA LOG

This app was developed with Asthma UK to help kids manage their asthma by setting up their own management plan. It enables them to build an asthma history of things like how many attacks they have had so that they can show their doctors and also gives detailed instructions on how to use asthma medication.

THE CALPOL APP

This app enables you to record high temperatures and note the time medication has been given – which is really useful when you have a poorly child. There is also a ‘symptom checker’ and ‘find my nearest pharmacy or hospital’ option.

Potty training can seem daunting at first but it’s made fun and easy with this app by Huggies. App includes fun stickers, games, potty training tracker and access to simple tutorials which will have your little one wanting to be dry in no time.

This app helps parents keep track of their little ones (ages 1-4 years) diets and activity levels to ensure they have a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Input information on what meals, snacks and drinks your toddler has consumed that day/week along with how much physical exercise and the app will compare your information against the government guidelines and you’ll receive tailored advice on physical activity and healthy eating for your toddler.
